The Teens2Queens E-Learning Platform has been developed as part of the Teens2Queens Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnership project, co-funded by the European Union.

1. Who we are

The Teens2Queens E-Learning Platform is administered by:

Asociatia ETIC (Simplon Romania), Cluj-Napoca, Romania, on behalf of the Teens2Queens Erasmus+ project consortium.

When you create an account or use the platform, we may collect:

5. Who has access to your information

Access to your personal information is limited to authorised staff involved in the implementation and administration of the Teens2Queens project.

This may include authorised members of Asociatia ETIC (Simplon Romania), which administers the e-learning platform, Auxilium pro Regionibus Europae in Rebus Culturalibus, the project coordinator, and, where necessary, authorised representatives of the Teens2Queens project partners (Cap Ulysse, IGITEGO, CO&SO – Consorzio per la Cooperazione e la Solidarietà, and ZEBRA Interkulturelles Beratungs- und Therapiezentrum) for purposes directly related to project implementation, learner support, monitoring, reporting, evaluation, or certification.

Where required, authorised technical service providers may have limited access to personal information solely for platform maintenance and security purposes.

Your personal information will never be sold or shared with third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.

6. How we protect your information

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

Access to administrative functions is restricted to authorised personnel only.

7. How long we keep your information

Your personal information will be kept only for as long as necessary to provide the learning platform, fulfil the objectives of the Teens2Queens project, comply with applicable legal obligations, or until you request its deletion where applicable.
