Welcome to the Teens2Queens E-Learning Platform.

These Terms & Conditions explain how you can use the Teens2Queens E-Learning Platform and the learning resources available through it. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

The Teens2Queens E-Learning Platform has been developed as part of the Teens2Queens Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnership project, co-funded by the European Union.

1. About the platform

The Teens2Queens E-Learning Platform provides free educational resources developed within the Teens2Queens Erasmus+ project.

The platform is administered by Asociația ETIC (Simplon Romania) on behalf of the Teens2Queens project consortium and is available through the official project website: https://teens2queens.eu/.

The platform aims to support young women from diverse cultural and migration backgrounds through interactive learning modules, practical activities, worksheets, quizzes, and additional educational resources.

2. Creating an account

To access the learning platform, you may be asked to create a personal account.

When creating an account, you agree to:

• provide accurate information;
• keep your login credentials confidential;
• use your account only for your own learning activities.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

3. Using the platform

The platform is intended for educational purposes only.

By using the platform, you agree to:

• use the learning materials respectfully and responsibly;
• complete learning activities honestly;
• respect other learners, trainers, and project partners;
• use the platform in accordance with applicable laws.

You must not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform;
• interfere with the operation or security of the platform;
• upload malicious software or harmful content;
• use the platform for illegal or commercial purposes.

4. Learning content

All learning materials available on the platform, including text, graphics, activities, worksheets, quizzes, videos, and other educational resources, have been developed for the Teens2Queens project or are used with appropriate permission.

The materials are provided for personal learning and educational use.

They may not be copied, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior permission from the project consortium or the respective copyright holder.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content available on this platform is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.

The Teens2Queens name, logo, and project materials remain the property of the project consortium or their respective owners.

6. Availability of the platform

We make every reasonable effort to keep the platform available and up to date.

However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or updates.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

7. Privacy

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable European data protection legislation.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect improvements to the platform, changes to the project, or legal requirements.
